Tenants store goods at their own risk.  Insurance is tenant's responsibility.
 

The tenant is responsible for providing their own lock for the unit.

Monthly rent is payable at the first of each month. Yearly payment plans are available.

50% rent deduction for the first month if rental occurs between the 16th - 31st of the month.

24 hour unit access.
